A three-day Soft Skills Training Programme was conducted by the Employability Centre at MES COLLEGE KOCHI on 17, 18, and 19 September 2026. This training program was conducted in two batches , A total of 90 candidates participated in the training.
The programme was led by Mrs. Kala Kalyani (Consultant Psychologist & Psychotherapist), Mr. Sam Alex P.O (Corporate Trainer) and Mr.Benny Antony Mutath (Corporate Trainer).

Day 1
The topics covered included:
Soft Skills demanded by the industry
Corporate Etiquette
Interpersonal Skills for effective outcomes
Writing effective emails
Preparation of a strong resume and cover letter

Day 2
The sessions focused on:
Corporate interviews
Telephone etiquette
Group discussions
Placement-focused training

Day 3
The topics covered were:
English for job interviews
English communication in the workplace

The programme was successfully completed and equipped the participants with essential soft skills, enhancing their employability, communication abilities, and confidence in Professional Settings.
